Important: Hygiene-sensitive items (like sex toys, intimate products (like lube, condoms, etc) or intimate apparel) if opened or used, unless defective, are not covered by guarantee.

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects present at delivery
  • Products that do not match the description or advertised features
  • Issues with quality, performance, or fitness for purpose

What’s Covered?

  • First 6 months: Any defect is presumed to have existed at delivery
  • 6-24 months: You’re still covered, but you may need to show the defect was present at delivery or is a manufacturing defect

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Minor damages that do not affect the use of the product
  • Batteries or any consumables or accessories such as charging cables
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (like sex toys or intimate apparel) if opened or used, unless defective
