RaboDeToro.ES ships products from Tenerife, the Canary Islands, Spain.
For tax purposes, The Canary Islands are not considered territory of the European Community. Therefore, all purchases from the Canary Islands to be delivered to any EU countries including MAINLAND SPAIN are considered Purchases Outside EU and therefore subject of import taxes and collecting VAT. Read below how we collect and process orders from EU.
Except stated "TAX INCLUDED", our prices do not include taxes.
Depending on the delivery address, taxes might be included directly in the price (check for the Tax Included text in the product page or in the Cart) or calculated at checkout (you will see estimated taxes in the Checkout page after you fill the delivery address).
1. All orders that are made from (delivered to) the CANARY ISLANDS are tax included and do not require any customs/DUA costs.
2. Starting 01.05.2024, RABO DE TORO is registered as IOSS operator and for UK VAT, collecting VAT for European Union (including Mainland Spain), UK and Monaco.
3. For EU (including Mainland Spain) / UK / Monaco orders of a total under 150 euros, orders include VAT and import taxes. That means you will receive your parcel without the need to pay import duties or VAT.
4. For EU (including Mainland Spain) / UK / Monaco orders of a total over 150 euros, orders include a DEPOSIT to cover VAT and import taxes. That means we will try best effort to deliver you the parcel without the need to pay import duties or VAT.
Sometimes, it might occur that the Carrier/Customs in your country ask you to pay VAT and/or import fees. Pay the required amount, ask for a receipt/invoice and send it to us at info@rabodetoro.es with Order Number reference and as VAT / IMPORT TAXES subject. We will refund you all costs generated by the import / VAT taxes.
3. For the rest of the world, no matter the total of the order, prices DO NOT INCLUDE taxes and the buyer is responsible to pay any import duties or taxes.

- All our parcels are discrete
- All delivery times are estimated and do not include customs processing times. We are not responsible for any delays or times when your parcels are retained in customs.
