Delivery

All products listed on the website (except technical stock errors) are located in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
All parcels are sent from Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
All orders received working days after 15.00 local time or in weekend/bank holidays/ shop holidays will be processed next working day.

Delivery areas:
We ship worldwide except PO Boxes, APO/FPO and following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Saudi Arabia, Aruba, Barbados, Bahrein, Belize, Benin, Bermudas, Belarus, Botswana, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Bhutan, Qatar, Comores, Congo, United Arab Emirates, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, French Polynesia, India, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion, Russia, Ukraine, US Protectorates, and remote areas/islands.

Most orders will be sent in the next 24-48 working hours. If you order custom items, this time might increase up to 7 working days.

  • We ship from the Canary Islands and all prices include local tax. If you live in the Canary Islands there will be no extra costs for import or taxes.
  • Starting 01.05.2024, RABO DE TORO is registered as IOSS operator and for UK VAT, collecting VAT for European Union (including Mainland Spain), UK and Monaco.
  • For EU (including Mainland Spain) / UK / Monaco orders of a total under 150 euros, orders include VAT and import taxes. That means you will receive your parcel without the need to pay import duties or VAT.
  • For EU (including Mainland Spain) / UK / Monaco orders of a total over 150 euros, orders include a DEPOSIT to cover VAT and import taxes. That means we will try best effort to deliver you the parcel without the need to pay import duties or VAT. Sometimes, it might occur that the Carrier/Customs in your country ask you to pay VAT and/or import fees. Pay the required amount, ask for a receipt/invoice and send it to us at info@rabodetoro.es with Order Number reference and as VAT / IMPORT TAXES subject. We will refund you all costs generated by the import / VAT taxes.
  • For the rest of the world, no matter the total of the order, prices DO NOT INCLUDE taxes and the buyer is responsible to pay any import duties or taxes.
