All products ship directly from our warehouse in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain—that's right, authentic Spanish craftsmanship with island vibes. Here's what you can expect:

Standard orders: Shipped within 24-48 working hours
Custom pieces: Up to 7 working days (because perfection takes time!)
Orders after 3:00 PM or on weekends get processed the next working day
Delivery Times (With Tracking!)
Canary Islands: 1-3 working days
Rest of Spain: 3-6 working days
EU Countries: 1-2 weeks
Non-EU European countries: 1-3 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-6 weeks

Tax-Free Shopping from Paradise to Paradise
Here's the fabulous part: Since we ship from the Canary Islands, all prices include local tax. If you're in the Canary Islands, you won't pay any extra import costs—it's like getting VIP treatment for living in paradise.
Customs and Taxes - IOSS Registration - We Handle the Paperwork
Since May 1st, 2024, we're registered as an IOSS operator for the EU and Monaco. Also as a VAT payer for UK. This means, if you order with delivery in EU (including Mainland Spain, Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla), UK or MONACO:
Orders under €150: VAT and import taxes included—no surprise fees!
Orders over €150: We include a deposit for taxes. If you have to pay anything for import/customs when you receive the parcel we will refund any extra charges you pay (just send us the receipt!)
For everywhere else, you'll handle local taxes and duties—but we'll always be transparent about what to expect.
Countries We Don't Ship To (Sorry!):
We ship almost everywhere, but we can't deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or these locations: Afghanistan, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Saudi Arabia, Aruba, Barbados, Bahrain, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Belarus, Botswana, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Bhutan, Qatar, Comoros, Congo, United Arab Emirates, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, French Polynesia, India, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion, Russia, Ukraine, and US Protectorates.
